Technical Universities might be PROSELYTIZE  back to polytechnics

The Secretary to the Technical Universities Teachers Association (TTAG) Mr. Foster Owusu has said government erred by converting polytechnics into Technical Universities.
He said the government intends  to  upend the Universities back into Polytechnics.
According to him, polytechnics and universities were established for different purposes, and hence government must find ways to maximize the potentials of both.
Prior to the conversion of polytechnics into into technical universities, some educationists have rejected the decision to convert the institutions. The Secretary to TTAG in an interview on Kumasi-based Abusua FM said “Government is planning to reverse these institutions into polytechnics and I believe it is one of the reasons they are delaying in composing governing councils.”

So far eight polytechnics that satisfied the requirements have been upgraded into Technical Universities in 2016.The are: Ho, Tamale, Cape Coast, Sunyani, Accra, Kumasi, Koforidua, and Takoradi polytechnics

Is it because we are talking about him? I did not come here to promote Shatta Wale,” he said and left the studio despite attempts by the host to offer an explanation and resolve the issue. In what has been described by many as ‘shocking’, Shatta Wale in a Facebook post jumped to the defense of Tic Tac as he posited that the latter’s posture affirms the ideals he [Shatta Wale] has been preaching for some time now. “I think Tictac really made the best move ever. This is what i have been talking about. We should respect an artiste when he is your studios or...
