It's sad VVIP are acting as fools-Shatta Wale

Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has asked Ghanaians to forget about supporting music group, VVIP and Tic Tac because they are the cause of Ghana's woes when it comes to music.

According to him, these oldies sold Ghana for cheap and has since sunk the fortunes of the country's arts industry.

Shatta Wale made this known in a Facebook Livestream.

He called on the oldies to stop hating on the current musicians who are putting Ghana on the map because they failed the country in the past and the current generation will not sit and watch aloof.

"I don't see VVIP as stars because they failed Ghana. They sold Ghana for cheap and that has affected the music industry. Look at Lazy who always wears peoples village hat and will be making noise. Look at his beard like someones village career. When i see such people behaving so foolishly, I feel sad for them. They don't understand the business of music and that is what I am fighting."

Shatta Wale indicated that these oldies have failed the country and therefore there is the need for support for the new school including Kuame Eugene, KIDI and other great acts.
